The soulful dwelling is mid-century modern style w/ expansive decks, lush gardens, outdoor space & a serene, yet hip, interior including a cozy living room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The lay out is two separated bed/bath units- offering complete privacy for 2 couples or parents w/ kids! Float the river, soak in the hot tub or just relax. Pets OK- $50 fee

Floating dock with canoe, kayaks and standup paddle board available in the summer season. This property has special compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement and ID verification. The dock & steps to the river, as with most homes on the river, are available subject to river flow. This usually requires they be removed in October - April/early May, when flow increases. We can’t do a check-in/out on Thanksgiving or Christmas day.
