Centrally situated just over 5 minutes walk from Stamford town centre and main attractions, this stylish, spacious 4-storey house consists of 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, large kitchen & living room with sofa bed, 50" TV, as well as a mezzanine level area with sofa bed, desk & chair, with patio doors leading out to roof terrace. Other features include a dishwasher, washing machine / tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning and wifi throughout. All towels & bed linen provided.

Chater View Cottage

A cottage to stay and relax in with the family. Our cottage is surrounded by fields and offers beautiful views of the countryside. It's just 15 minutes walk from Rutland Water, offering walks, cycling paths, or visit the nature reserve for some of the best bird spotting in the UK. Situated equally between Stamford and Oakham. The Fox is just a 10 minute walk away, an 18th century pub which serves great food. There is a well stocked village shop in Edith Weston, a 5 minute drive away.

Puddle Cottage is a traditional, character stone cottage built in the 1800’s in the heart of Edith Weston, a popular Rutland village and walking distance to the South shore of Rutland Water. With one large bedroom which can offer a super king sized bed, or two full size single beds, the cottage can sleep two comfortably. We are proud that the cottage holds a 4 star rating and a prestigious ROSE Award (Recognition of Service Excellence) by Visit England for self-catering accommodation.

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

Townhouse - centre of Stamford

This lovely quaint house is in the centre of Stamford, on the doorstep of shops, cafes and restaurants. It is comfortable and well equipped for four people; one bedroom is a double and the other can be made up with two small singles or a kingsize bed. The bathroom has a roll-top bath and separate shower and the kitchen is well equipped with all usual appliances. Stamford is known for Burghley House (and horse trials) and is close to beautiful countryside.

The cottage is located on a private lane with free parking. Stamford's stunning historic architecture, quaint independent shops and fabulous pubs are moments from the door. Short walk from the railway station. The cottage is ideal for a couple or group of 3. Being in town, there are daytime background noises of a a nearby laundry and occasional workman in the area but people don't generally find these a problem.

Rutland 'Multum in Parvo' a hidden gem of a county

Detached 5 bed barn conversion in a beautiful village in Rutland , where you can explore the areas many attractions. There is a good size garden with a wildlife pond, a perfect place for a summer BBQ, or just to relax in and have a glass of wine. The location is fantastic for the county with easy access to Rutland Water cycle/walking path, Rutland sailing club, the nature reserve, fishing lodge and cycle hire.

This delightful 200 year old stone cottage is a short walk from the centre of Stamford with its pubs, shops and beautiful stone architecture. It is listed for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, but has an additional convertible bed settee, allowing a maximum of 6.
