Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, neu und super ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage in allen Zimmer, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und grossem Flat-TV. Der Standort sehr zentral und daher perfekt für die Entdeckung des Tages- und Nachtleben von Nizza. Der Vermieter pflegt eine rasche, klare und zuvorkommende Kommunikation und hilft wo immer möglich.

Great place to use as a launchpad for Nice. We stayed wtih our two kids (15 and 11) and loved that it had two bedrooms with nice, fresh, new linen and towels, a modern bathroom with a great shower, and a very comfortable sitting area. It's located super-centrally - across from the Modern Art Museum, right beside Garibaldi Square, a 100 meter walk from a MonoPrix to buy groceries, and walking distance to anything in Nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Excelente estancia en este departamento. Todo está como nuevo, moderno y muy limpio... La cocina está muy completa, en caso de que tengas necesidad de cocinar (estufa, horno, platos, vasos, cubiertos, accesorios). El departamento se encuentra en una zona inmejorable: Céntrico a muchos de los lugares turísticos y de fácil acceso al tranvía para moverse por toda la ciudad. Un extra, es que el edificio cuenta con elevador (subir 4 pisos con maletas, no es muy agradable)... Sin duda, nos volveríamos a quedar en nuestro próximo viaje... Súper recomendado

L'appartement est super et surtout conforme aux photos et description. Dans le vieux nice sublime et dans la rue piétonne c'était très agréable. Tout est z proximité (commerces et balades ). Le port , promenade des anglais, balade du paillon, colline du château, les rues du vieux nice avec tous les bons restaurants et j'en passe. Merci romain pour votre accueil et vos conseils. Romain was very friendly with us, available throughout the stay and extremely discreet. The apartment is decorated with taste in a charming neighborhood in the old town, just above Rene Socca and next to the MAMAC. Fans of Niçoise cuisine and culture will be delighted. The disabled will have to make a staircase steep steps but this is the only price to pay to enjoy the charm of old Nice.

Perfect place for a couple to explore Nice for one weekend. Good location at short distance to harbor, promenade and city center, right at the edge of the old town. Very stylish and brand new interior, accurate pictures. Fourth floor and well-insulated windows, so it was rather quiet for being right in the middle if everything. Recommended.

We loved staying in the modern apartment in this older building. It made us feel like locals in such a beautiful place! You will love it. Close to everything. 15 mins to beach. Great neighborhoods with market!

Catherine was an excellent host and her apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location. There are plenty of shops nearby to pick up essentials and being within the old town makes finding the best restaurants a breeze. Catherine recommended getting the no. 81 bus to Paloma beach at Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat which was gorgeous. We'd also highly recommend checking out Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild while you're there. Christiane est une hôte accueillante et sympathique, assez flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, ce qui est un plus. L'appartement proposé par Christiane est encore plus agréable à vivre, spacieux et lumineux qu'il n'y parait sur les photos. Situé non loin de la place Garibaldi, il est à côté du port et proche du vieu Nice, bien deservi par les transports, il rend la visite de cette ville simple et agréable. De plus, il est proche des commerces, ce qui est pratique pour faire ces courses. En bref, cela a été un bon séjour, nous avons été bien accueilli et nous n'avons pas été déçu.

Notre séjour à Nice était super et magnifique parce que l`appartement était très beau et propre. Christine est une personne très sympa et gentille. Christiane est un hôte accueil très chaleureux, le loft est très confortable avec une cuisine bien équipée, et j'aime la vue de la fenêtre. Quel est le plus important, l'emplacement est parfait! Juste cinq minutes à pied de la station de bus à Monaco et Eze. La plage est à proximité et il suffit de prendre quelques minutes à pied du centre. Nous avons passé un bon moment là-bas. Christine's apartment was fantastic. She had all sorts of goodies for us on arrival. The apartment was very clean and everything in great condition. It was in a great location - only 1 km away from the beach where you can swim and close to all amenities. I would recommend both going to Nice and staying here! Also the sofa bed was easy to use and comfortable!

Jag ÄLSKADE denna lägenhet. Jag vill leva i en lägenhet precis som den här! Vackert inredda, härlig terrass, värdar levereras mig med allt jag kunde behöver (även citronella ljus att avvärja bort myggor). Enda nackdelen är att det fanns ingen luftkonditionering (det finns en fläkt) och jag var där under sommaren så det fick heta, men fan gör det uthärdligt. Utmärkt läge, super säker, värd var oerhört hjälpsamma med incheckning, utcheckning, och svara på alla mina många frågor däremellan!

Vi hade en bra vistelse i lägenheten mycket väl beläget i centrum av Nice, nära till kollektivtrafik, spårvagn, buss, butiker. Terrassen är härlig för frukost eller uppstår efter en bra dag. Pauline gjort oss ett trevligt välkomnande. Detta är en adress som vi kommer att rekommendera omkring oss utan tvekan !!

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un lit parapluie en dernière minute, en plus d'un superbe bouquet de fleurs! La localisation de l'appartement est idéale: station de tram devant la porte, commerces et vieille ville accessibles en quelques minutes à pieds.

Pauline hat uns einen großen Empfang, sehr fröhlich sie geben Ihnen alle Informationen, die einen tollen Aufenthalt in Nizza zu verbringen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, ruhig und sehr angenehm. Darüber hinaus ist es sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt und 10 Minuten von der Promenade des Anglais. Ein Supermarkt nebenan wird Ihnen auch für Ihre Lebensmittelkäufe erfüllen und eine Bäckerei auf. Wir haben eine Sache, was zu sagen: Wir bald zurückkommen wird !!!

Nice flat, very well furnished, in a pedestrian way close to the old town.

This place is just as you see in the pictures and much more! The place is fully equipped with cutlery and loads of kitchen essentials! This really felt like a home away from home and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. There was great communication from Pauline when I arrived and the flat is well located - everything is within walking distance! Such a pretty place and I cannot thank Pauline and Eric enough for making my first time in Nice wonderful. I'll definitely look to stay here next time I come back!

L'appartamento è stato un vero piacere soggiornare durante il nostro soggiorno a Nizza. La sua posizione era eccellente - abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia, la città vecchia, e la stazione ferroviaria, oltre ad essere in una stessa zona fredda con numerosi bar e ristoranti che ronzano tra i locali e turisti ogni notte. Li is a really nice host. I had worried before I arrived there because we couldn't speak French and she couldn't speak English, but actually there was no problem from this. She still tried to communicate with us and kindly allowed us to use most of the stuff there(including kitchen and laundry etc). The whole house is shared with other airbnb guests but there are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, so it was not busy and I could use them whenever I wanted. Even though they are shared Li alwaysed cleaned the common spaces everyday, they were not dirty at all. And the location is perfect. It is close to some main spots of Nice that we could get there on foot. Also there are tram and bus station which are really close from the house. We liked her space and enjoyed it much!

We are really happy with Li's house, we had a nice time :). Li is a Súper kindly and friendly host, she bring you every the necessary and else. Every the house is really clean, the bathroom, kitchen and your room. We stayed two nights and is amazing, you can to go walking everywhere, the beach is to 10 minutes walking and the apartment has a really good location in the city. The checkout is at 12, but she permitted us staying few hours else, cause our flight was few hours later! Totally recommend!

Oliver's place was exceptionally large and very comfortable. Veronique was kind enough to welcome us at her place in spite of us getting in really late. The apartment is located on one of the most happening streets of Nice. All you need to do is step out of the building and there are restaurants after restaurants. The promenade is also at a walkable distance. There are super markets close by. All in all, for a family of 6 along with an infant, this was a perfect apartment. Thanks a bunch Veronique and Oliver.

Oliver's place is right beside the old town walking street, lots of restaurants around his place, nice and convenient. Just a bit too loud at night, but overall we loved his place a lot ! Recommended!

Good flat. Lee is a wonderful and responsive hostess. We easily communicated with her, even without knowing the French language. Near shops, the old town, public transport stops. A really nice apartment in a central location, very easy to find. Lots of cafes restaurants in the square below for breakfast or dinner. 5-10mins walk to the beach or the port with the tramway outside for travelling to the train station which was good for a day trip to Cannes. This was our first Airbnb experience and Lou was very helpful and responded quickly to all our queries. I will recommend this place to any friends or family travelling to Nice.

Place was as advertised, looks as the pictures indicate. Her friend met us at the train to give us the key and it was very easy to take the tram from the regional line to the apartment. It is in a good, central location that is close to walk or take the tram wherever needed. Would recommend for a quick stay in Nice.

Fantastic location with the best that Nice has to offer only a short walk away, inc the port, the old town, castle hill etc. The apartment is in a lovely square with lots of restaurants and bars but the apartment itself is facing away from the square so no need to worry about noise. We got an Uber from the airport for €24 but if we had known we could have got the 98 bus direct from the airport for €6 each and that bus terminates just 2 minutes from the front door!

Janine et son mari sont très sympathiques, arrangeants et soucieux de notre bien être. L'appartement est parfait pour un séjour à Nice. La terrasse est un atout indéniable. Le quartier est animé mais l'appartement est au calme. Placement idéal. A recommander !

My husband and I had a fantastic 2 night stay at Janine's apartment. After getting an early flight it was incredibly easy to take the bus to Promenade des Arts and take the short walk to the flat. We arrived a little early but there were plenty of cafes nearby for brunch. Inside the flat is a perfect size for a couple, and we could have happily stayed much longer than 2 nights. The full kitchen meant we could enjoy a quiet home-made meal on the terrace on our wedding anniversary when we felt more like quiet instead of a busy restaurant, and we could get fresh bread for breakfast from the bakery downstairs. Lovely and clean, with a very useful and effective washing machine and a great shower. The sofa bed is very comfortable, and there's plenty of storage space. Lovely and quiet in the flat, and very secure. It was easy to keep the flat cool with a fan and the bathroom aircon. Wifi worked well, we didn't try the TV as we don't watch much on holiday. The flat is perfectly located, with a boulangerie beside the front door and a convenience store nearby, and plenty of larger supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. The busy shopping, restaurant and bar streets are very nearby but there was absolutely no noise from these in the flat. Very convenient to walk to both Nice train stations (Riquier is closest). In our two days we walked around Nice and ate lunch at a beach restaurant, took the train to Cap d'Ail and walked into and around Monaco, and spent a few hours at the free beach at Villefranche Sur Mer. When we left we were heading to Villeneuve Loubet for 2 days sailing and it was lovely to meet Janine and thank her for such a good place to stay. In the whole, for both the quality of the accommodation, the location and the price I'd say this is probably the best AirBNB apartment I've stayed in and I wouldn't hesitate to go back for a longer visit.

We had a great time in Nice, it is such a beautiful city. The apartment was perfect for us, in a great location and Janine was so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We would highly reccomend staying here and we are hoping to come back one day!

Une excellente expérience: le studio est très agréable et fonctionnel, la terrasse agréable pour le petit déjeuner, au calme et situé idéalement rue Bonaparte, charmante rue du Vieux Nice. Le logement est très bien équipé. Mais le meilleur, c'est la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le sens de l'hospitalité de Janine et de son mari. Mille merci a tous les deux !

Myself and my girlfriend came to stay at Janine’s apartment in Nice between 16th – 20th June. Firstly, Janine and her husband were very helpful, caring couple who were always at hand to answer any queries we had. Our flight was a late one which meant arriving at the apartment around 22.00hrs. Janine and her husband kindly waited for us to arrive to give us the keys and show us about the apartment which we thought was very nice and thoughtful. The apartment was homely, clean, a good size with all the facilities we needed. The location was ideal too. On the East side of the City. Close to the old ruins, lively (though quiet in our apartment block), markets and beach. Luckily we were there during Euro 2016 which added much liveliness to the City. Nice is a beautiful place. One I recommend and if you’re a fan of F1, Monaco isn’t to far away to visit also. We give this place 10/10 and a special thank you to Janine. When our flight was cancelled the evening we were living Janine offered to pick us up at the airport and to stay at the apartment another night. We found our own way that evening but the care and offer she gave made us very grateful. If we ever return to Nice we would defiantly return to this apartment. Merci! Chris & Magda

L'appartement est fidèle à la description : - Il est très bien situé par rapport aux activités de Nice ( nombreux restaurants aux alentours, petits supermarchés). Environ à 15-20 minutes de la plage en flânant un peu. - L'appartement est moderne et fonctionnel, idéal pour passer de courts ou de longs séjours tout seul ou à deux. L'appartement est donné très propre. - Nelsen nous a fournit serviettes + serviettes de plage, ce qui est fort appréciable vu que nous avions emmené qu'une seule serviette. - D'autre part, il s'est montré très arrangeant en proposant de garder nos vélos en sécurité pendant notre séjour. - Toujours très flexible aussi concernant les horaires de départ et d'arrivée - Une plan de Nice et de ses activités nous a été remis Je retournais dans cet appartement avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se représenterai et recommande cet appartement

Die Wohnung ist ganz Beschreibung und ist sehr gut (~ 5-10mn Straßenbahn, 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen von Nizza, 20 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt ... ), direkt neben einem kleinen Ort sehr charmant (statt Pines) und 2 Minuten von der Piazza Garibaldi, wo Geschäfte und Restaurants, die Sie ungeduldig warten! Nelsen hat alles getan, um uns zu gefallen, bevor wir ankamen, und war vor allem möglich, hilfsbereit und zuvor (zB allein tun unsere 5 Reisetaschen in den Tag halten wir gelassen, nachdem wir gemacht der Schlüssel für uns, sie zu einem günstigeren Zeitpunkt für uns wieder herzustellen, uns Handtücher und Strände bietet, selbst Haushalt beschäftigen wir uns noch mit großer Freude tun können, etc ...). Ich empfehle ihre Wohnung jedem, der bereit wäre, die Region zu besuchen, und würde sich freuen, auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in der Gegend zurückzukehren!

Nelsen byl fantastický hostitel, tak vstřícný a porozumění, když jsme byli hrozně pozdě! Udělal všechno super snadné a byl vždy dotknout bychom měli něco potřebovat. Jeho byt je také fantastické! Prostorný, moderní a na fantastickém místě asi 10 minut pěšky Nice pásu, 10 minut do starého města. Nemohl doporučit dost

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It's comfortable and close to the old town. The kitchen is fully equiped and there was a washing machine, which was very convinient. It's a short walk to tram line 1, 10-15 min walk to the beach. Communication with the hosts Marianne and Gilles went very well.

Good location. Very clean and spacious apartment. 1 floor walk up is acceptable. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of utensils and glasses, a plus for those who want to cook. Close to supermarkets with some fresh food. Comfortable bed. The only things need to improve is the pillows as they are not comfortable (they are flattened square cushions with very little cotton inside) and the friendliness of the host. Good space to stay in Nice!

Nice apartment, very good location, big and comfortable - perfect for a city trip

Marianne's apartment is wonderful. It was very quite - we got a great nights sleep after all the fun in Nice. The apartment is close to all the Nice nightlife and restaurants. There is a great supermarket around the corner if you want to cook in. The apartment has everything you would need to enjoy meals in if you chose not to go out.

5 min walk to beach, supermarket across the street, amazing hosts. Will be back shortly!

Appartement très bien situé, très pratique quand on n'a pas de voiture. Commerces, bars, restaurants, plage : tout est à côté. L'appartement est au premier étage, au dessus d'un garage de réparation automobile (un peu de bruit le matin du coup), mais il est très spacieux et lumineux. Bien équipé : tv, clim, machine à café, baignoire, ventilateur dans la chambre. Marianne est charmante et sait mettre à l'aise.

Děkuji za super rychlé a přesné komunikaci Chris a vřelé přivítání od Marilia! Měli jsme velmi příjemný pobyt v Nice, užíval balkon s výhledem na nádvoří každý večer a každé ráno! Naše dcera Moderne, zejména ocenili knihy svého syna !!! Byt se nachází v blízkosti tram, bus, z vlakového nádraží v Nice Riquier, staré město a přístav! Vrátíme se s potěšením pro budoucí pobyt v Nice a doporučit tento byt pro páry a malé rodiny s dětmi!

Chris's apartment is classy, spacious and clean. The location is superb. It's around the corner of lovely square Place Garibaldi and a few minutes walk to Nice port and the sea front. The beautiful maze of old Nice streets is also only a few minutes walk away. Marilia is warm and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Thank you, Chris and Marilia, for making everything perfect for us.

Everything about this apartment is perfect. Very spacious apartment situated in a great location, close to the beach and to the city centre. The communication with the host was ran smoothly and the manager in charge with the apartment was very helpful in giving information about buses and locations. However, a professional cleaning job could help, as the mugs in the cupboards were not clean and there is a lot of mold in the bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed out stay.

L'appartement de Frederique est situé dans le quartier pittoresque du vieux Nice. Ideal pour faire le marché, descendre jusqu'au marché ou à quelques minutes des beaux quartiers. De plus la décoration originale ajoute une touche personnelle qui fait que l'on s'y sent très bien. Une adresse à retenir.

We had a very good stay in this cozy apartment, decorated with charm. It was perfect for us and our daughter. Perfectly located in the old town: close to shops and public parking is 200 m. Finally the home of Frederique was very friendly with nice touches on arrival (bottle of Rosé and sweets for our daughter) and start! thank you !

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end à Nice. L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé et Frédérique a été flexible pour notre arrivé et départ. L'appartement est très chaleureux et situé dans une rue très agréable; une bouteille de rosé nous attendait même au frigidaire! Nous recommandons sans hésitation!
