Explore Wrecking Bar’s haunted history and craft brews

Creep through the historic Victor H. Kriegshaber House, now home to the Wrecking Bar Brewpub, for a hour and a half haunted hops tour. I’ll lead you through the rich history of the mansion with spine-chilling ghost stories and expertly crafted beers. ● Taste your first craft beer sample as I share the historic mansion’s transformation from a private home to a church, dance studio, architectural salvage shop, and now a beloved brewpub. ● Gather in an atmospheric room to hear stories of ghostly encounters as you sip a specialty beer brewed on-site. Later, we’ll use basic paranormal tools to explore areas of the house reportedly buzzing with ghostly activity. ● Tour the brewing area and discover how our beers are crafted, with insights into how the building’s history influences the brewpub’s creative process. Five Hour Atlanta Bus Tour

There is so much to see in Atlanta so I will take you to the must see locations and put them into a 5 hour tour. Prior to our first stop you will see the famous Jackson St Bridge which is infamous from "The Walking Dead." The first stop will be a guided tour at the Martin Luther King Historical Memorial Site for 45 minutes. You will visit the tomb of Dr. and Mrs. King, The Eternal Flame, Freedom Hall, Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church and you will see Dr. Kings birth home. Next you will visit Krog St Market and then take a glimpse of the future of Atlanta by walking on the Atlanta Beltline. Be prepared to take lots of photos on the Beltline. After walking the Beltline you will see Inman Park and Little 5 Points, Atlanta’s hippest neighborhood. Then you will visit Ponce City Market. Afterwards you will see the homes of the rich and famous in Buckhead. Learn about the famous people living in Buckhead that you will only find on this tour. After leaving Buckhead we will ride on Peachtree St and see the High Museum of Art, Margaret Mitchell House, Fox Theatre, CNN Center and so much more! Other things to note This is a 5 Hour Atlanta Tour from 9am - 2pm. You will be inside a covered bus and we will get off the bus several times to see different sites on your guided tour of Atlanta. If you do not feel like walking you can stay on the bus. We have a lunch stop on your tour

Candle Making In Atlanta

You'll meet at the location and come in for a drink (BYOB also available) and have a seat at the candle making table. Your instructor will begin teaching you how the make a soy candle in an 8oz tin. After choosing your scents and creating a custom scent, you will then choose crystal chips to add to the top. Your candle must sit for a hour before departing with it. At that time you can browse and shop our store and take pictures on our backdrop or chill out in the lounge enjoying complimentary snacks. Atlanta Bee Experience

It is said that bees enjoy a secret life, but there is a fascinating story behind that life that should be made available for all to witness! Join us for a "Bee incredible" journey, as we explore the work of Apiarists (Beekeepers). You will be guided on a 1.5 to 2 hour tour (depending on the size of the group) encompassing the miraculous work of bees. Bees undertake the extraordinary important job of helping to mature and grow many of the plants we enjoy and providing a food source - honey - that is globally consumed and universally loved. If you're feeling exceptionally brave, you can don a full protective gear and open a bee hive for a closer look into the habitat of bees, the Brood Box (nest). Observe the Queen bee laying eggs, while learning about the unique roles and responsibilities of drone and worker bees. You'll be able to taste the honeycomb (if available) and sample sweet honey from the source; which has been used for centuries for its naturopathic or medicinal purposes. This tasty, unique and exceptionally enlightening experience in beekeeping is a can't miss opportunity for nature enthusiasts and is appropriate and entertaining for all guests ages 8 and up. Explore the Old Fourth Ward and the Beltline Neighborhoods

Our walk explores the Old Fourth Ward and the history of the Beltline, a rail line built for freight trains, that today is a popular urban walking trail. Explore Dr. King's childhood neighborhood and learn about the neighbors who helped shape him. The story of this community is the story of Atlanta’s growth and the long journey of the Civil Rights Movement. On this walk, we’ll explore the meaning of home for people, and how creating homes here led to the Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s. We will look at historic churches and search out a hidden, modern mural that celebrates the historic practice of prayer circles. We’ll talk about what it was like to work in a cotton compress – or even what that meant! Life was different then, join us to think about how people lived and the changes they were adapting to. And we’ll end up close to many great restaurants to stop for a bite to eat or a cold drink and a place to rest your feet. Know that we have tours regularly - but feel free to message us and let us know when you'll be in town. Graffiti Art Class In The Park

Students will explore spraypaint techniques with their teacher Malcolm Creations. This event is great for groups and teams. You will utilize your new skills to create a collaborative mural on the Atlanta Beltine, home to hundreds of works of art. Class kicks off with brief introductions and some background on a few artists featured on the Atlanta Beltine. All skill levels are welcome as we explore your artistic ability at a pace comfortable to you. Art demonstrations are used to teach techniques and pointers. Atlanta's first suburb it is filled with Victorian Homes and tree-lined streets. Walk the Atlanta Beltline's Eastside Trial and hear stories of street art and the artists who created it. The tour ends at Krog Street Market. One of the top Food Halls in the country according to Travel and Leisure Magazine. The walking food tour covers roughly two miles of the neighborhood at a leisurely pace. Other things to note We can accommodate most food allergies.
