Love our stay at Thomas place. Lovely, cosy, clean room with nice private bathroom. We got a great welcome from Thomas. We were treated every morning with a lovely breakfast (coffee, tea and some yogurt with homemade honey and fruits). Walking distance from the town of Kittery and a very short drive from Portsmouth. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to stay at Pam's home! The house and property are beautiful and full of surprises! The bedroom I stayed in surpassed my expectations. The entire experience of meeting Pam and my other housemates was excellent, would highly recommend to everyone!

Pam was there to provide directions when I got turned around and to welcome me when I arrived. It's a quiet neighborhood that invites a walk. The house and grounds are tasteful and the interior is decorated with an artistic flare. Breakfasts at Pam's are delicious, and the conversation around the table included tips to local restaurants as well stimulating dialogue and laughter with other interesting guests.

That bnb was just perfect! Small little place realy cute and an amazing breakfast! And Pam ... she is the perfect host! You want some info, anything, she got it! And she's realy interesting and will suggest you planty little place to go!

Morgan's house was lovely if you're looking for a quiet low-key stay. There's no TV in the living room but there's plenty of natural light, which makes it perfect for reading and relaxing. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, it's perfect!

Jim and Crystal were wonderful hosts and the king room at their house was perfect for my wife and I. Booking the room was very easy and they were attentive to our questions during the booking of the room. They were at the house when we're arrived and gave us a quick and thorough walk through. They allowed us to store our kayak in their back yard overnight so that we could take our car into Kittery for dinner and not have to worry about it. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner in Kittery. The room and bed were clean and spacious. The layout of the house was easy for us to use. We slept great in the comfortable king bed. We had a yummy continental breakfast the next morning outdoors on their patio. We plan to stay with Jim and Crystal the next time we are in the Portsmouth/Kittery area

My girlfriend and I loved Jim and Crystal's place. It was exactly as described, with a beautiful room right on the river, and hot tub access to boot! Jim and Crystal made us feel completely welcome and were as accommodating as possible. Would definitely stay with them again!

We loved this place! The bed was so big and comfy. Jim and Crystal were so pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed our conversation. Everything was just as pictured. Great little private deck with pretty views. We definitely plan to go back as we frequent that area often!!!

Cet hôtel était super. Quand nous sommes arrivés à Julie était pas là, mais avait laissé une note de bienvenue, accueil musique, des collations et des cartes et des informations. Elle était très réactif par texte. Nous sommes arrivés tard après le dîner du centre-ville (qui est littéralement une belle promenade de 10 minutes dans un parc de leur quartier pittoresque et charmant) et n'a donc pas pu la rencontrer jusqu'à ce que le lendemain matin. Julie était l'un des plus gentil, plus facile à discuter avec des gens que j'ai jamais rencontré. Nous nous sommes assis et avait un café avec elle et leurs animaux de compagnie adorables, dit que nos remerciements et adieux, et espéré que nous nous rencontrerions à nouveau à l'avenir! Sel de la femme de la terre avec des animaux adorables et adorable maison dans un quartier adorable.

Julie and Ari were 2 of the nicest people my wife and I have met. We were welcomed with big smiles and given a tour of the house when we first arrived. The house was very charming and our room comfy. It's a short 10 minute walk to downtown Portsmouth. We highly recommend and hope to stay there again!

Le voisin a fait un excellent travail d'enlever une énorme chute de neige en temps utile et était très serviable. Gerri est très sensible, en vérifiant régulièrement. Je étais là en Janvier si je conduis partout, mais il était facile de se déplacer, même dans la neige! Je voudrais certainement louer cette propriété, et à partir de Gerri, encore une fois. Had a great stay. Gerri responded quickly and checked up on us via email to make sure we had everything we needed. The house had everything you could possibly need. It was quiet, comfortable, meticulously clean, and close to sightseeing & restaurants. There was a binder full of maps, menus and activities that was a great help. Trois d'entre nous (ma femme et de l'enfant, et moi-même) avons séjourné dans cette belle maison dans une rue calme. La maison est en effet charmant et nous étions très contents de notre séjour. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. Tout est bien achalandé en termes de draps et serviettes. Nous avons aussi été bien accueillis. La maison est très bien situé, car il est à quelques minutes des cafés, des restaurants et des magasins, et encore moins un beau parc d'état. En somme, nous vous recommandons vivement un séjour dans cette maison.

La maison de Gerri est tout ce qu'une personne peut souhaiter dans une maison loin de la maison. Notre arrivée a été un processus facile. Paul, le gardien, est un grand homme sympathique. Il nous a accueillis et est venu dire au revoir le matin nous sommes partis. La maison est impeccablement propre. Le décor est lumineux et heureux. Il ressemble exactement il est représenté. Les lits et les meubles sont très confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée avec des appareils et des outils. Nous ne pouvons pas dire à quel point nous étions à l'aise ici. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Adorable cottage that was perfect for our reunion weekend! The cottage is located in the town of Kittery and only a mile walk to Portsmouth. Very quick responses from Ned, the owner. He offered terrific recommendations for our meals and activities. We loved sitting on the patio - beautiful view of the water and boats and having a campfire in the evening. He was welcoming and accommodating. We plan to stay again! Highly recommend staying at the cottage!

Ned is always available and the location is PERFECT!

This was our second trip to Ned's as we stayed at his amazing blue cottage last summer as well. I can't say enough positive things about the experience, he is so nice and helpful, the cottage is beautiful and just feels like home immediately, and the location is incredible. We've been gone for less than 24 hours and we are already wishing we can go back! If you are looking for a place to stay that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, and sightseeing- this is it. If you are looking for a place that it is a short drive from New England towns like Portland, Boston, Salem, etc...then this is also it. I would suggest booking at Ned's and making this great place your home base for your New England adventure!

Ned was a great host. The place was ready right on time and he stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is super cozy and really well decorated. Feel like home away from home. It's located right in Foreside, which is the old downtown of Kittery, a must see. There are great restaurants and cafes literally just across the street. SUPER LOCATION!

We had a wonderful time at Ned's little blue cottage. Ned was a great host who answered all of our many, many questions about the area and gave us some great tips on what to see and and especially where to eat ;-). The cottage was perfect in every way for our needs - we ate out a few nights but cooked at home on our last night there and found everything we needed to make an awesome New England feast. Well appointed and inviting, don't miss out on this spot. Can't say enough about Kittery either, such a nice little town with many options for eating and relaxing - classic New England feel with a hip cultural vibe. In short, a great stay for us thanks to Ned and his place, we will definitely be back!

This was the absolute perfect location and layout for our little get-a-way. A stone's throw away from several outstanding restaurants and a nifty little cocktail lounge, we really wouldn't have needed to venture further than 1/4 mile to have an outstanding stay. The Cozy Cottage was perfect, well-lit, full of style, and just a real treat. Ned was quick to respond to every correspondence, and also a great resource as he recommend plenty of eateries and activities in the area. Overall, an outstanding time and I'll be quick to recommend anyone stay with Ned when in the Kittery area.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au hangar à bateaux! Je suis déjà absent revenir ici à San Francisco:) Il était confortable, mais spacieuse, propre et vraiment vraiment charmant. Nous avons adoré l'immense terrasse et d'être si près de Portsmouth et bien sûr l'emplacement génial de Kittery Foreside. Le café de Lil est un arrêt obligatoire! Nous ne faisons Black Birch, mais entendu il est excellent de plusieurs amis qui vivent dans la région. Kara était un hôte, avec un temps de réponse rapide et de vérifier quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !!

A poca distancia de centro de Portsmouth y algunas opciones de restaurantes a 2 minutos de distancia. Kara fue un placer trabajar con! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Kara and Mike offered a terrific boathouse for my wife and I to stay in. It was clean, comfortable and it stayed reasonably cool despite the 90 degree weather. They even checked in on us to make sure all was well. Good times! Perfect distance from Portsmouth too!

I had a wonderful time staying with Soo. She was extremely helpful and sweet! The location is close to Portsmouth and within walking distance of downtown Kittery. Soo was an excellent host and made me feel at home right away. The room is simple but perfect for a short stay in Kittery. I would definitely stay here again!

Un quartier agréable et calme, se réveilla jusqu'aux petits oiseaux acclamant dans l'arbre! Soo m'a fait sentir plus que bienvenu et a touché mon cœur avec elle considération. Le lit était comfy- je me sentais en sécurité et à l'abri.

Soo était très agréable et accueillant. Elle avait des bouteilles d'eau disponible et m'a offert d'autres options de boissons du réfrigérateur. La chambre était un peu à l'étroit, mais je ne l'ai pas besoin d'espace supplémentaire et il était par ailleurs très confortable. La salle de bains commune était aussi très propre. Soo a également sauvé un article de journal pour moi du journal local sur l'événement, j'étais en ville pour. Il y avait aussi « arrivé » à du matériel de lecture sur la table de nuit véganisme. Dans l'ensemble, une très bonne valeur pour un court séjour.

This was our first Airbnb, so we have no reference point. However, that being said I think future choices will have a bar that is set high. Haidee was such a charismatic and lovely host. She is a special lady! Her place was too cute!! Very warm and comfortable. Larkin was also such a sweet girl!! Very polite! Great experience. We will definitely stay with Haidee again!!

Silvia was an incredibly accommodating host. The guest room bed was the most comfortable among all prior airbnb host bed's we've slept in. The guest basket with tourist recommendations and bathroom amenities was a nice touch! We had the opportunity to meet her two lovely children during our stay and had a wonderful time!

They're very well behaved, I just didn't expect that there were children as I did not see that in the description. Breakfast was included if I wanted to make it myself. The house is in a quiet location and a quick drive to downtown.
