Mittelbergheim is a great place to start your alsatian vineyard journey. It is an idyllic village completely surounded by vineyards which produce some of the regions most exquisit wines. The beauty and nature of the village makes it one of the most beautiful villages in France (it is a member of the "Les plus beaux villages de France" association).

Activities
This amusement park is only 5 km from Le Hohwald and is sitting in the middle of the forest.
There you'll be able to try accrobranche (getting from tree to tree via platforms, ropes and ziplines), bungee jumping, paintball, archery and all kinds of other fun games and activities for the whole family.

Col du KreuzwegThis amusement park is only 5 km from Le Hohwald and is sitting in the middle of the forest.

This ski resort offers around 90 km of sledding, alpine and cross-country skiing slopes and tracks. In summer it is the perfect place for some hiking, mountainbiking or horseback riding.
It is also the highest peak in the Bas-Rhin region at 1099 m.

In addition to the beautiful chapel and holy athmosphere you'll be able to see above all of Alsace and on sunny days up to the Black Forest. Food is also available at their own restaurant.
