It is lovingly and carve sanded and finished by skilled artisans like they were more than 100 years ago.

I love their signature salmon bake it’s topped with herbed rémoulade! So delicious!! Always comes with the mixed vegetable that’s wonderful! And you get to pick your potato and you get a salad and the bread is awesome my husband and I always get the salsa ranch salad dressing.
