Park in the carpark and walk to the trig, about an hour round trip. A steady climb but worth the view and the historical pa sites.

Good Pools for Kids
The Mount Hot pools are outdoor pools and very popular in the holiday season, school holidays and weekends. Later afternoon is better. Baywave is at Bayfair and is an indoor pool with good sized pools for kids with a hydroslide and a wave pool.
