Summers are usually hot in the Okanagan but there can often be a short stretch where cool wet air rolls in and the temperature can go from 38 degrees Celsius to 15 degrees the next day. Spring and fall can be cool and wet so bring that waterproof jacket. Winters are mild by Canadian standards: Daytime highs often around -5c but there is usually a week or so in the winter where it will be around -20c.
