New Belgium was the first craft brewer, of note, in Fort Collins. Fat Tire is their most nationally recognized beer. The best Brewery Tour in town, if you can get tickets! Tour de Fat is an annual event where thousands of beer & bicycle enthusiasts dress up in costumes and flood the streets of Old Town in a bike parade.

This is not a local brewery (they’re out of Canada), but they’re right down the road from Odell’s. They’re more like a restaurant with hearty, diner-style food offerings.
