This is the only town with a promenade not at the seaside. It has arcades, gift shops, chip shops and stunning views of the river and the cable cars. This is a 20 minute drive.

There is a visitors centre across the water. Here you will find information about the reservoir. A play park for children, cafes and lots of walks. You can also hire boats and bikes to cycle the 8 miles around.
