This is a beautiful place which is about 30minutes drive.
It has something for all ages. Beautiful well managed gardens and lots of history. There is also a great play park with a pirate ship and sand and a small play village. There is also a soft play but this is still closed at present. There is also a train ride which you need to book and pay extra for on arrival.

This is the closest sandy beach. Very popular and can get busy.
