Boulder is a great destination for foodies, as it was home to some of the first farm-to-table restaurants. Pearl Street is a downtown walking mall, lined with all kinds of shops and restaurants. If you like hiking, there are a multitude of trails accessible from almost anywhere in town. And there's a planetarium on the campus for the stargazers among us.
