Rent a boat (cheaper and faster than other goboats around) to experience Copenhagen from the canals. Bring some fresh drinks and sandwiches and cruise around in the Copenhagen harbour. Book 1½ hour or more if you don't want to stress - there might be some traffic on delicious summer days.
Park your car or go by public transport to "Fisketorvet" rooftop and go shopping on your way back.
