If you forgot something our nearest store is Valley View. They have great selection of food and snacks, they also sell gas, ice cream during summer and have a food truck on summer weekends. They even sell some handmade items from local crafters.

This is a good 45-60 minute hike one way. The first bit is up a hill but at the top you are on even ground through the trees.
The main trail is sometimes icy and boot picks would be helpful.
Going down the final hill to get inside the ice cave is almost always icy.
There are ropes on that section to help.
