City Market is the closest large grocery store at the beginning of Breck. But if you’re looking for more organic foods or specialty items, Whole Foods in Frisco is only a 10 mile drive. Natural Grocers is our Colorado local grocer directly across the street from Whole Foods which typically has cheaper produce but less of a selection.

Colorado is crazy and can feel like winter in the morning and summer by the afternoon, especially from June - September. Bring layers! In winter months, slipper are never a bad idea if you’re into that sort of thing.

Isak Heartstone is a 15-foot tall wooden troll sculpture located on the Trollstigen Trail in Breckenridge, Colorado. The newly constructed trailhead is located in the southeast corner of the Stephen C. West Ice Arena parking lot, next to Illinois Gulch Trailhead. Originally built as a part of the annual Breckenridge International Festival of Arts (BIFA) held in August, Isak was created by the Danish artist Thomas Dambo, who is known worldwide for bringing awareness to recycling and upcycling by building great things out of trash.

Right in the middle of beautiful Breckenridge, you'll find the Riverwalk Center nestled right along the Blue River. They have a robust and exciting calendar full of performing arts opportunity and great music.
