I ve cream stand , play ground, open green space and great olace to play in the creek. The pool is at the west end of the park near the Buffalo and elk pasture.

The YMCA is 1 block north, the city library is on the other side of Whitney Commons, the senior center is a block east ( serves good lunch every day), the Main Street of downtown is 2 blocks east - easy walk, the Kendrick mansion (Trails End) is through Kendrick Park and up the hill to the northwest.
