Sightseeing
Whatever you are in the mood for, Denver has it! From amazing food and drinks to music, museums, and sporting events, you will find your niche. Larimer square and the area around Union station bring a more sophisticated vibe, while RINO (the art district) and the area around the Rockies Stadium attracts a younger crowd. The Highlands is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Denver and some of my favorite dining spots in that area are Postino, Avanti, El Five, and Root Down. Olde Town Arvada has truly some of the best dining, bars, and shops around the area, and is just a short drive or Uber away. Some of my favorite spots are Lady Nomada and Arvada Tavern.

Live music and hiking trails
Red rocks is one of those places you just gotta see! Great for live music and they also have some easier hiking trails for sightseeing. Feel free to bring a lunch and sit on the steps and take it all in. Admission is free as long as no event is taking place.
