They are closed on Sundays and they don't serve alcohol since it's a Christian restaurant just in case you're looking for a place with alcoholic beverages. Place to grab a quick bite. There are two restaurants from the same owner in the neighborhood, both 1.5-2 blocks from home. From the balcony on the upper level of the one at the end of the Bridge of Sighs there's a great view of the Ermita church and the bridge.

With bottles of piscos and other liqueurs lining the walls on both sides, alongside a few early 20th century antiques, you get the sense little has changed here over the years.
This place has recently turned 20 years old, and the owner callS it "a cultural bar" because they schedule concerts, parties, cultural events, plays, stand-up comedy shows, etc. It is located in the middle of Barranco nightlife, pretty close to one of the Metropolitano bus stations, and in a large and traditional manor house turned into a bar and cultural center. The walls are covered with art from young local artists: there's beers, wines, and lots of cocktails, including the local star, pisco-sour and other pisco-based drinks. There's also some appetizers and sandwiches to go with.

For most of his life, until his death in 1967, he collected art made in Peru during the fifteenth through the eighteenth centuries, objects such as: paintings, sculptures, altar decorations, silverwork, sculptures in Huamanga stone, and furniture – originating from diverse centers of traditional Andean artistic creation – especially Cusco and Ayacucho. The home itself is as much an attraction as the collection; finished in 1906, it’s an elegant and eclectic piece of architecture.
