This is one of the shortest hikes of Table Mountain to the cave roughly 30 min up and 30 min down. I can offer you advise on the route to take and the times for this climb.
Protea season this is a spectacular hike. The views from the cave are great and it is a large cave.

The walk to the reservoirs is highly recommended and the museum . There are many routes down including walking the spine to the cable car. Advise on where to start can be offered.
