This is my favorite spot in Manhattan. Quaint cafe with awesome espresso and they let you sit there and talk for hours without pressuring you to leave. Great for catching up with friends or dates.

If you want to have a weird night with a great view and lots of europeans, go! TIP: wear all black, grunge, dont do the dumb American party dress and heels. This place appreciates strange style.
