It is a lovely space, Rupert, Alex and the team are lovely too and the coffee is fantastic and so is the food. It's just great!

It is a great Fish and Chip shop with a restaurant overlooking the harbour/Carrick Roads (the estuary) and is 5 minutes walk (most things are 5 minutes from our place - we are in a great spot)!
