Cheap breakfast and very reasonably priced menu throughout the day. Inside High Park which offers several playgrounds including a "castle", a small zoo and, pond and trails - and best of all, it's free! Kids love it - and I do too.

Parks & Nature
The local playground 5 minutes from our suite. Toys are left at this park for all the children to enjoy - of course we must share :). By the way, our area has the highest density of children in Toronto, and 4 of them are our grandchildren!

Playgrounds for kids, jogging and walking trails, a small zoo ( including llamas and emus), and Grenadier restaurant for an ice cream in the middle of it. And if you don't want to walk too much - take a ride on the little train, something for every age group to enjoy. In spring people come from far and wide to see the Japanese cherry trees in bloom - spectacular site!

Lots of animals from all over the world, lovely lay-out with lots of space for the animals. Pavilions galore, so it's even enjoyable during the colder weather - but lots of walking. Bring a stroller for the little ones or else take a ride in the little train...
