Neato Burrito is a great place to get amazing food for a good price. The burrito's tend to run in the $6-$9 range, but they are quite large and made with well seasoned, cared-for ingredients. In the evening they are also a bar and have live music quite frequently.

The Wave is a unique restaurant with a very modern vibe. They have unique seating and a fun atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable, the food selection is varied and the drinks are very good as well.

Kim's Teriyaki isn't the prettiest place to look at but, like most of my recommendations, they have great prices for the portion sizes and quality of ingredients. It is also located in a historical part of Spokane with several great shops.

Molly's is a great local diner. The price, portion size and quality of food are hard to beat in any town. My personal favorite is the "Molly's Mess" with hollandaise sauce instead of gravy, and a healthy dose of chipotle sauce.

Fast Eddie's is a great place for cheap, strong drinks, a fun vibe and surprisingly good food. On birthdays you can spin a wheel and win a vast array of free items. There are several great late night food locations, bars and clubs in immediate area as well. All of the establishments in the area are clean, upbeat and modern.. There is also a very good chance of finding live bands in this area as well.

Parks & Nature
Manito Park/Garden is located just a few blocks from our house. It is known for it's overall beauty and the vast array of intricate flower gardens spread throughout. While it is nice during all times of year, it is especially so in the warmer months.

In the evening it is not uncommon to find live music as well. This is definitely one of the must-see locations in the city.

It is a gorgeous, sprawling park with a river, waterfalls, bridges, a gondola, amusement rides, a carousel, food and many forms of entertainment included. In the evening it is not uncommon to find live music as well. This is definitely one of the must-see locations in the city.
