The best brick-oven pizza and it's right around the corner. They only take cash, but it's worth it. Try the Pizza Giulieta (roasted pumpkin and pancetta) and the classic Margherita.

One of my favorite spots - perfect for a special night out. Upscale but affordable, authentic Greek cuisine. Decor is chic but relaxed; it makes one feel beautiful. Reservation recommended.

Wonderful food; updated Sicilian cooking remains faithful to the original. It's so authentically East Village, the Coen Brothers used it as a location for their new movie, Inside Llewyn Davis.
