Parks & Nature
It's across the street from our house, which makes it super convenient. It's a small park with a playground. During the summer, it's full of people barbecuing and listening to music on the grass. On Fridays during the summer, the neighborhood hosts free Jazz concerts here, and there are often pop-up markets throughout the warmer months here.

Clark Park is a large and lovely park in the middle of University City. It's got a big playground, which is almost always covered in children from all over the neighborhood. There's also an area that neighbors love to bring their dogs to let them run, so it's a great place for people watching.

Getting Around
This is the closest stop of the Route 34 Trolley, which goes Eastbound to Center City (13th and Market), and Westbound to 61st and Baltimore. It also goes right past University of the Sciences, University of Pennsylvania, and Drexel University on the way. It also stops at 30th Street Station, so you can use it to get to and from anywhere that Amtrak or SEPTA services.
