Northstar Resort, Squaw Valley Resort, and Crystal Bay Club always have nightly activities.
They have indoor and outdoor dining. Summer evenings they feature music and outdoor bar service for all ages. Check the website.

In the summer during daylight hours they have a full bar out on their dock. They have wandering musicians. This is part of the Hyatt Resort, Incline Village.
