Winter Skiing & Activities
The closest skiing resort to the house. It's basically above the house. You need to reach Chantarella's funicular stop, a 5-7 minute warm-up walk through the last part of via Tinus, a limited traffic road with a great view of the valley.
At Chantarella you can buy your ski-passes and rent your skis either here or directly at Corviglia. These rentals have sister shops in the village where you can return the skis at the end of your trip. From Chantarella, you can also walk to Salatrains to find baby slopes, ski schools and a couple of nice restaurants and cafes.

One of the best skiing resorts in the area. The top cableway will bring you to 3300m giving you a great view of the alps. From here you can ski St Moritz Bad (lower) by taking the Hahnensee track (if open when enough snow) that brings you next to the Kempinski Hotel, cross the street and take the cableway to Corviglia and ski either at Chantarella (a few turns above the house) or find your way off-piste to reach the garage.

Great skiing. We suggest Diavolezza in the morning and Lagalb in the afternoon (there are very close). If you are an expert skier, you can ski down Morterasch Glacier (if the run is open) at your own risk. Diavolezza also opens at night during full-moon.

Great skiing. There is only one cableway that brings you to the top of the mountain with one run to the bottom! This is also a great spot for off-piste skiing.

A great and easy sledging classic: take the train from St Moritz's train station to Preda, rent the sledges there and sledge to Bergun. Here you can:
- return your sledges and take the train back to St Moritz
- catch the train to Preda to do another run
- stop for lunch or dinner in one of the local restaurants
