One of the better Raley’s we’ve ever been too. It’s huge, and besides being a great grocery store, it has a prepared food section with great food. Close place to get groceries during your stay.

Beaches and lakes
Some of our favorite beach and lake locations
Angora lake is located up a winding road above Fallen Leaf Lake. The parking lot is small and is cash only $6. There is also a short hike from the parking lot but it is worth it. Just don’t bring too much stuff! Swimming is free (water is cold snow melt!) and boats and paddle boards can be rented.
