A hot spot on the sandy coast of Elis. Organised by several beach bars, it attracts people from all the nearby regions. After sunfalls it turns into a favourite spot for nightlife.
A 40km beach that spans from the thermal springs of Kyllini in the north down to the beautiful resort 'Aldemar' in the south.
It can be reached with the car in just 5 minutes or by bike in 15 from Farma Natura (Ktima Karamalikis).
It is a perfect spot to observe the sun falling into the Ionian see. The see is famous for its soft sand and mild temperatures.
The virgin beach towards the north is left untouched by human influences and if you come in the right season, you will discover sea turtles (we call them Kareta Kareta) lying their eggs!
Walking towards the south you will reach Kourouta beach. This part is organised by several beach bars that attract people from all the nearby regions. After sunfalls it turns into a favourite spot for nightlife.

Midday Break
Keep in mind that the shops in the towns and villages are closed during midday (2-5pm). This is the Greek siesta time!
The usual opening hours are 9am-2pm and 5pm-8pm.
We recommend to avoid the midday sun in the hottest months of July and August!
