'Route 1A' will take you to the capital Castries and back. A simple "Stopping here!" will notify drivers that you have reached your destination and wish to get off.

The weather in Saint Lucia can be unpredictable. Clouds can darken and winds can pick up be prepared to take shelter when the downpour comes, the rain can get heavy.
The Sun's rays can also change their liking towards you so make sure you're properly covered if your skin is sensitive to the sunlight.
Be sure to get some bug spray. Mosquitos areas annoying as they are plentiful. Sundown is when they like to move indoors, keep your doors closed to save yourself the agony.
