The pearl side of Tenerife , hire a car and drive carefully threw the hills of Masca. In just 30 min you are already there and it perfect place to renew some energy with those amazing views. While going there we recommend to eat at the restaurant La Pergola, which is also on our recommendation list.

Very interesting to see how big and great nature can be !! To make a visit to the top you’ll have to reserve a spot on the official government website and they close daily at 6pm to go there by yourself. Also available are different courses also for sunset , together with a guide who leads you hiking approx 30-40 min to the very top (3718 meters ) and you can experience gas coming out on certain spots realizing that it’s really a huge volcano in sleeping modus! If you are in Tenerife this is a must visit.

Huge white beach close to center las americas, great to dive in for an hour after shopping ! Even Mac Donald’s is stationed there !haha

If your having a rental car this is definitely worth a day , enjoying this special beach with sand of Morocco! If you go up the mountain you can shoot the picture we have also :)

Getting from the airport to the apartment
For some this information is very obvious but for others unknown. The airports are located north and south. Pretty much all rentals are south as there is “the place to be! “. But if your landing north with the airplane don’t be surprised the taxis are charging up to 100€ or more. (60mim drive) Therefor many choose to land south and take a 15 min drive in taxi approx 20/25 euros. Public transport is available it will only take you minimum 1,5/2 hours if not more but is a lot cheaper offcourse! If you need a hand please let us know... we can help you out.

Kids in Tenerife
Very simple answer , very nice for kids here! We have also babybeds on request and we recommend to take always a bottle of water with you ,as Tenerife can be dangerously hot for children. And to make sure they have a cap or something:)

We work closely with all local fincas ( farms) trying to make people Food Aware. The best fruits and vegetables purely for. Canarian grounds... very recommended to try. It’s cheap and very tasteful. You wanna try a fresh Melon self grown in the heat of the sun of Tenerife ? Please ask Kelly or Alan to send you a mixed box during your stay...
