Another Sydney winner. Not terribly tricky to find - just go to 199 and head to the 4th floor - signs are for rookies. Really nice, complex seasonal cocktail menu. Be cautious as most are multi-base spirit combinations so they can be a bit stiff. The charcuterie was exceptional.

It's easy to see why the Baxter is consistently included on "World's Best Bars" lists, because not only do they have one of the best whiskey selections that I've ever seen, but the atmosphere and service is also exceptional.
