Make a pitstop at Pedernales Falls State Park for a hike on your way.

If you're craving some authentic German food and feel, Fredericksburg will be able to scratch that itch. Spring is in the air! This is a beautiful drive anytime, but the wildflowers in the Spring certainly outshine the other seasons. A great activity to combine with a visit to Enchanted Rock or Fredericksburg. Or both!

Exceptional tours of the onsite Olive orchard, that include a variety of olive oil tastings. Wonderful lunch offerings and walking the orchard on your own are also excellent options. A unique and beautiful place to add variety to your stay in the hill country.
