Sightseeing
IT'S FREE!!! Runs every 30 minutes. The ferry takes you from Galveston to Bolivar Peninsula. The dolphins know its schedule, and sometimes you see more from the ferry than you might from the Dolphin Tours. Recommend driving on and off. Bolivar was pretty much destroyed by Hurricane Ike, so the closest restaurant is a little over 10 miles down the road over there.

Go here and these guys will help you get started on your visit. Ghost tours, carriage rides, duck tours, museums, water parks, golf, all kinds of fun! You just have to decide and pick your favorites!

Tourist Tip: Visit the Museum and they will validate your parking for the entire day! So plan your day to visit The Strand, Pier 21, and Downtown shops, dining, and activities all within walking distance.
