Our local walking trail! It's a very popular trail with fantastic views of the city. It's part of the Dublin Mountains Way which stretches from Tallaght to Shankill. There is a historic cairn at the summit.

Marlay park is a 15 minute drive from Fern cottage. It is well-known for it's historic country house, playgrounds and playing pitches. It has a farmer's market on Saturdays and Sundays, which features local artisan producers and craft workers.

It has plenty of shops including Tesco, Penny's, Marks and Spencer, Zara, H&M and Boots to name a few. It also has lots of dining options from fast food to incredible global cuisine. Mad Egg and Siam Thai are currently favourites of ours!
Dundrum Town Centre is also home to the nearest cinema as well as the Mill Theatre.
