See some sights and view the water in this yummy restaurant with outdoor seating (fire pits on the tables) offering a fun view of the port, and an all day Sunday happy hour. You can see some of the outdoor/public features of the Tacoma glass museum while you are there. I like to park on Pacific and walk through the bridge of glass on my way down to the social.

Beautiful 275 acre wooded park located within a few miles that many locals don't even know about. Lovely wooded trails leading along swan creek for miles. Cool and shady on hot days, and the creek is lovely for exploring. The Roosevelt entrance is closest to us.

Beautiful 275 acre wooded park located within a few miles that many locals don't even know about. Lovely wooded trails leading along swan creek for miles. Cool and shady on hot days, and the creek is lovely for exploring. The Roosevelt entrance is closest to us.
This arboretum is in a beautiful, large park that has 500 trees, a playground, pond, spray park and more.
