Neighbourhoods
Ancient village of Beaulieu with its picturesque high street, is home to the famous motor museum and Abbey. Beautiful walks in the surrounding area including the stunning Hatchet Pond - the picture of the swans on my guidebook cover were photographed here. 10 minutes drive from the cottage.

Brockenhurst, only two minutes drive from the cottage, is the heart of the New Forest. Wild ponies outside Tesco on the high street and herds of donkeys ambling up the street. Wonderful walks and home to the famous Pig Hotel and Resturant as well as the gorgeous “Senspa” at Carey’s Manor Hotel.
