Bobby, who owns this restaurant and a dear friend to many in the community makes some of the most delicious Lao and Thai food in town. One of his soups won the local competition Soups On held annually. Kareen's favorite here is chicken Pad Won Sen and Ty's is the Shrimp Basil Stir Fry! Reasonably priced as well.

This place is a landmark you must visit. Voodoo has been featured on national TV several times. Celebrities visit here for a reason and they are unique and eclectic. You will love this spot just as much as we do!

This place has the best Pad Thai and surprisingly some of the best sushi rolls in town! Everything on their menu is to die for but don't you ever forget your mango sticky rice! They also have a great bar in the back that we frequent!

DosAlas is a very high end restaurant and if you're going out on a romantic date night be sure to seriously call ahead of time or go online to reserve a table even before arrival. If you're a Tesla Tequilla fan, this is your spot! Although we are not necessarily tequila fans, we love the ambiance of this place. Their food is high-end and well thought out. We often order their empanadas to start and their seafood paella for two as our main course.

Nong's Khao is one of Kareen's favorite spot! Drive over a few miles into Portland and you're there! Some of the most basic prepped food is the most delicious food on this planet. Nong's Khao do not disappoint! Order chicken number 1 and be sure to get extra house ginger sauce! This reminds Kareen of her Southeast Asian backpacking trip eating SE East Asian street food every step of the way. Amazing spot!

This steakhouse is located inside the Ilani Casino. We love their surf and turf Friday and it's great value for $99! It's a lot of food and the steak with their gourmet truffle salt is amazing! Longhouse is another rainy day favorite of ours. Their ramen is the best in town! They are located inside the Ilani Casino and no reservation is required although they do have long lines there in the weekends so be sure to arrive before you're starving.

Visit another wine tasting room and give that NW grown grapes a sip! Airfield is one of our favorite spots at the waterfront next to Maryhill. Maryhill does tend to get packed and busy.

We have been members here for a while and Dan and Holly are great hosts. It feels like you're in Napa Valley, CA just a bit. Let them know Kareen Mills sent you!

They also have the Michael Jordan steak house here and omgeeee, their surf and turf special for $99 on Fridays is some great value! (subject to change so be sure to check with them first)

The younger generations are so fascinated with vintage items so be sure to bring your family here if this is for you! Our latest best find was a 1968 Sony Table Top Radio for $39 and it still works so amazingly we use it daily! This place is large and in charge so be sure you have about 2 hours to spend!

You simply can make your home-cooked meal or whip up a sandwich or maybe even heat your last night's leftover for lunch in our fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette and have a picnic at this park with an amazing view.
