These woods are beautiful and great for lots of things!
Walking the dog, mountain biking, loads of amazing walking trails and in the warmer months its a great place for a picnic. There's a selection of bespoke picnic tables and a fabulous carved wooden sofa outside the rangers office.

Ashton Court Estate is quite the historic park! It's just over the suspension bridge. It covers about 850 acres of woods and grasslands in total.
Its one of the few places you can take off in a hot air balloon for a tour over the city and there are also 2 18-hole pitch-and-putt golf courses on the higher ground of the estate.

The Mall Gardens is a small green area in the centre of Clifton Village, surrounded by beautiful Clifton townhouses. Just a really nice place to stroll through or sit and relax with a coffee.

Quite possibly the best day in for kids! Water fountains outside that they can run around in too on a hot day. The museum is INCREDIBLE for kids of all ages - book ahead !
