Skyline DriveEasily accessed from the Afton exit on interstate 64W. So many scenic stops if you have a full day to explore by car. Experienced hikers would enjoy some of the advanced trails, while novices have several choices as well, all of which provide exceptional views.
A family-friendly, revamped tunnel providing a walking trail that takes you away from it all for a few minutes. Safe, serene, transcendent and refreshingly cool even on the hottest of VA days!

Beautifully maintained, wide, clean "boardwalk" through the woods overlooking Charlottesville. Feels like a gigantic treehouse at times. Plenty of spaces to rest and take in the scenery. At the top there is a get shop and cafe.
