The Dakkas is a greenhouse built on a parking garage in Haarlem. You can have breakfast, lunch, coffee, drinks and have dinner here. When you enter the parking garage, take the elevator (or the stairs) to the 6th floor. Once at the top, a beautiful view of the city awaits you from the terrace of DeDAKKAS. So nice to be able to look out all the way over Haarlem.
