Sevilla is a small and comfortable city to go on foot even outside the historic center. If you want to use a transport, I recommend Uber or Cabify because they are comfortable use from their App and have very fair prices.

It is not a good idea to eat paellas in tapas bars in tourist areas. In the vast majority of cases they are frozen portions that are reheated in the microwave and do not look anything like a real paella. If you want a good paella, choose a specialized restaurant!
