If you're looking to explore Virginia wine country look no further! My home is located within dozens of wineries and vineyards, only 15-20 mins away! Take in the beautiful views, enjoy good wine, music, food and company.
Fantastic views, decent wine, snacks, family-friendly, less than a 20 minute drive, can bring your own food, and right next door to Dirt Farm Brewery and across the street from Great Country Farm and Henway Hard Cider.
Cons: Usually crowded and you must call in and make a reservation on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you're up for a nice day trip, head out to Leesburg to our favorite winery. The rolling hills, outdoor seating, and peaceful views overlooking their vineyard are breath taking! Pack some snacks to enjoy when you buy a bottle of their wine. Remember to bring along a designated driver! The winery is kid and dog friendly at their barn location. For those that want to be away from kids, the winery offers an adult only building
