My wife loves their smoke tuna dip with crackers. If you're looking for a good snack for the beach, I highly recommend getting a pound or two of the large steamed shrimp. Make sure you ask to CHILL them after steaming, it makes them so easy to peel, they have the BEST shrimp on the beach. Make sure to get some cocktail, they love the horseysauce which gives it the right amount of kick.

They have the best steaks. You wouldn't think that a beach store would offer such good steaks but they do. They are within a mile of the house, easy to get in and out of. They might not offer everything but they do have the essentials.

Make sure to see IAN at the bar, this cat is super funny and makes the drinks nice and stiff. They always have awesome specials as well the the normal seafood platters you would expect to get at the beach. Don't be late, they don't take reservations and if you show past 5, you will probably have to wait. If you sit at the bar, make sure you tell him that this Grizzly Adams looking guy named Bobby sent you and that he made awesome Long Island's.

They open at 6:30am, be there by 6 or you're gonna have to wait. The APPLE UGLY is the best tasting cow patty that you will ever have. The double dipped doughnut holes are my kids favorites after 20 years.

This ramp is south of the point and offers the best sandbars. This location is the best for driving on the beach, a ORV permit is required. I've always taken my kids here when they were little for the fact that you have to walk out into the water a good ways before it even gets above your knees. My wife and I set or chairs up in the shore breaks and enjoy the shallow water.

Go to the end of old lighthouse road, this location offers the quickest and fastest way to get to the water. You will have to park and walk over to the beach but its only a mile from the cottage.

There are still some places left on the beach that offer trail rides just for 4x4's. This trail is only a mile or so from the cottage and if you have a 4x4, it's always exploring the unknown. Plenty of wildlife to see.

If you like riding your bike, there are some cool back roads
You will see million dollar homes next to trailer trash looking meth houses. The sights are cool to experience. JK :O) there are no meth houses, but there are a ton of trailers, makes you wonder though
