Neighborhoods
We are located in Roscoe Village on the North Side of Chicago. There’s a real neighborhood feel to our area. Streets lined with maple, ash and oak trees, restaurants, bars and coffee shops abound up and down Roscoe Street. We truly love our neighborhood. We bought our house over 27 years ago. The neighborhood has seen a lot of exciting changes since then.
Location, location location. It is always about location.
Your apartment is located 1 block from the 151 Addison St. Bus line. Eastbound, this will take you directly to the El Brown Line, Wrigley Field, Wrigleyville, Boys Town and the lake front.
Westbound, it will hook you up with the El Blue line to O’Hare International Airport.
8 blocks to either the Brown line Addison station or the Brown line Paulina station.
A quick 15-20 minute subway ride gets you to North Michigan Ave. and the Loop.
In the summertime, take the Addison Bus to the lakefront. Enjoy the walking and bicycle paths and take in the sun and sand. We also have multiple bike paths nearby.

The "El" (elevated train) is the best way to go to downtown.
The "El" is also a great way to get to Lincoln Square, Lakeview, and many of the city's great museums including the Art Institute, Cultural Center, Millennium Park, Museum of Contemporary Art, Buckingham Fountain and the Chicago Historical Society.
Take the #151 Addison Bus for a direct route to Wrigley Field, Boystown and the lakefront.
There are also many bike paths near us and you can easily rent bikes from a nearby kiosk. There is one located at the corner of Addison and Leavitt. (3 blocks from us)
