You will need to grab a paper bag or box and write your order and your name on it and then hand it to one of the guys on the right-hand end of the counter. You can hang around inside with everyone else until they call out your name.

Highly reliable Italian food. Everything is cooked to perfection. I usually call ahead and grab my order to take away, but it's also rather nice inside if you want to dine in. They have another restaurant in nearby Manuka with a different menu if you're after more choice, just note parking can be an issue.
