Green Point park is a really lovely park - you can run a nice lap around it and then along the promenade or just go for a leisurely stroll - totally worth it.

Shopping
The V&A is a total must whilst you're here - yes, it has all the usual shops and cafes etc but it also have a really lovely outside touristy area where you catch a boat to visit the seals or watch some real African dancing - totally worth a day trip and lunch on the harbour.
