Aiguilles Rouges is a nature reserve right above Chamonix and many trails to it start right from town center.Or you can take Plan Praz or Flegere cablecars to get up high fast.Hiking trails will take you all over the reserve.

A beautiful hike to a beautiful lake right above Chamonix town.You can start by taking a condola up to Flegere and walk from there or start from Col de Montets and hike all the way up.Stunning views of the Mont Blanc massif.Highly recommended.
