Hands down the best brunch I've had in Denver. Southern style brunch and lunch located in an old cottage-turned restaurant along 26th street. Their homemade coffee bar/lattes are stellar and the 9 kinds of mimosa varieties make it hard to decide with one (or four) you might get. It's small inside and very popular so I recommend going during the week -- try to avoid the weekend brunchers. They close at 3pm so make sure to time it out properly.

Focused on organically, locally grown foods, Root Down is truly Colorado. Their menu is super unique and super yummy. It's a laid back scene and always very popular.

It's an all-you-can-eat style dinner with the meat carved off the skewer table side. Larimer Square is a full square of unique restaurants and shops lining the street that is always bustling with foodies. The atmosphere is awesome with lights and flags strung across the rooftops and I highly recommend visiting the square even if you don't plan on eating at a restaurant nearby.

They have decently priced drinks and good specials on the pool tables. It's pretty popular on weekend nights but there are plenty of tables to go around.

Denver is all about the breweries. This place rocks. Sometimes they have funky hours so check out their schedule before you go but I highly recommend their beers. Their range in IPAs are my faves.
